DELIVERY OF GOODS 1 The buyer must indicate the place of delivery, postal code and telephone number in order; 2 The buyer must indicate the method of delivery. The buyer can choose from the following delivery methods: 2.1 The goods may be delivered through the courier service to the specified address; 2.2 The buyer may collect the goods from the Seller’s stores. 3 If buyer chooses the courier service. Courier service coordinates the delivery time of the goods with the buyer by specified telephone number. 4 The buyer is responsible to accept the goods by himself. If buyer is unable to accept the goods by himself and goods are delivered to the specified address, buyer has no right to make claims against the seller for delivery of goods to the wrong entity. 5 The buyer must immediately notify the seller of sealed or damaged package, of package which contains unsolicited goods or their incorrect quantity, incomplete goods. If buyer noticed any damages to the packaging during delivery, he must indicate his remarks in the document provided by the courier or draw up a separate report. Buyer must do this in the presence of a courier. 6 During the delivery of the goods. Goods are handed over to the buyer with an invoice (bill of lading) or another document indicating the transfer – acceptance of the package. 7 If buyer chooses pick up the goods that are in the Seller’s store. Buyer can collect the goods after 1 (one) hour of the moment of placing the order. 8 The buyer can pick up the goods on the day of placing the order, but buyer must inform the seller by number phone +370 615 94799 till 17.00 hour. Buyer who wants to pick up goods another day will be informed about the prepared shipment by e-mail. Goods must be picked up within 2 (two) working days from the moment of received e-mail.
